This is particularly aimed at team leaders to mid-level managers in fast growing, innovative businesses. In these organisations, managers are the engine of growth and must often take on greater responsibility rapidly as the organisation expands. The programme is designed to equip middle managers to manage rapid growth, create cultures of performance and help their teams become more productive.
It will run over 4 months, combining 3 and a half days of high-impact workshops with online learning and coaching tools, peer-to-peer support and on-the-job practice to ensure training translates into real results within your organisation.
