The African Management Initiative (AMI) is inviting nominations for a 4-month Management Development Programme designed for middle managers, and offered specifically for the impact sector and scheduled to kick off on 17th and 18th October 2017.
The programme is designed to equip middle managers from businesses across East Africa’s impact sector to manage rapid growth, create cultures of performance and help their teams become more productive.
The Shell Foundation is offering scholarships of up to 50% for companies in the energy access sector.
It will run over 4 months, combining 3 days of high-impact workshops with online learning and coaching tools, peer-to-peer support and on-the-job practice to ensure training translates into real results within your organisation.
