We are hiring a Business Builder to help us move to the next level of scale as we target organisations in Southern Africa. The position is based in Johannesburg.

The Business Builder will join our senior international team to lead AMI’s operations on the ground in Southern Africa, drive business development and establish AMI’s brand and client base in the region. This is a chance for an outstanding entrepreneurial leader to be part of Africa’s transformation, and to help shape, build and scale one of the continent’s most innovative social impact businesses.
About the candidate
The Business Builder, Southern Africa, must be a practical leader with a proven track record of working with high-growth entrepreneurial businesses in Southern Africa.We are looking for someone with an impressive track record in building businesses. Leadership experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment education and training or enterprise development is strongly preferred.The candidate must be based in, or willing to relocate to Johannesburg.

Joining Date: May, 2017
Employment Status: Full-time
Remuneration: R 550-850k base salary depending on experience, plus commission and potentially bonus
Location: Johannesburg. Occasional travel required in the region and elsewhere Africa
