After several years of running customised blended learning programmes in organisations ranging from start-ups to mature corporations and from entry-level hires to senior managers, we decided to condense what we’d learned into 4 high-impact programmes that would cover the critical challenges cited most often by our clients.

- Employee Foundations
Your employees are the backbone of your organisation, and you need them to be productive. Unfortunately, many lack the skills and tools to manage themselves and their work effectively. This intensive 3-4 month programme will help non-management employees break down goals and projects into manageable tasks, prioritise and management their time, communicate effectively, give and receive feedback and handle stress and emotions.
- Manager Foundations Programme
Team leaders and middle-level managers are the engine of organisational growth. But they often struggle with the basics of communication, motivation and staff empowerment. This intensive 3-4 month programme will help managers and supervisors learn how to influence without being an authoritarian, plan and communicate effectively with their teams, empower their teams to take responsibility for their work and to coach and enable their people to grow.
- Leadership Development Programme
Senior leaders set the organisation’s culture and are the role-models for more junior managers. But they often struggle to effectively empower their people and lead change in their organisation. This 8-12 month programme is aimed at senior managers and leaders who want to build a culture of ownership and empowerment and a passion for performance in their organisations. Participants will learn how to become a great leader, build effective teams, transform a key part of their business to unlock performance and embed change into their organisation. As well as the usual blend of Learning Lab workshops, practical exercises, online learning and on-the-job practice, LDP participants also work on a team-based strategic ‘Action Learning Project’, where they work on a live business challenge and present real findings to senior executives.
- Empowering Entrepreneur Programme
Entrepreneurs often struggle with the basics of starting a business – how to pull together an effective business plan, how to get funding and grow the business, how to compile proper financial statements, how to manage the people they hire, and how to stay organized and focused. Training and development support are key. AMI works with a range of organisations – banks, enterprise development programmes and incubators – to support networks of entrepreneurs through practical and affordable learning programmes. Our scalable, affordable approach helps entrepreneurs build critical business skills, translating into real business growth.
